Zuständig für die RMB Finanzen

Die Aufgaben des RMB Controlling sind: Projektabrechnung, Projektcontrolling und Projektmonitoring von Projekten des RMB, Prüfstelle für ETZ (Ziel 3)–Projekte sowie im Phasing Out/Additionalitätsprogramm für die Aktivitäten "Touristische Infrastruktur" und "Tourismusmarketing und -organisation", Beratungsleistungen über EU-konforme Projektabrechnung. Das Controlling ist das Finanzmanagement des RMB.
